The set of eigenvalues of an square matrix $P$ is denoted by $\sigma(P)$, and the set of eigenvalues of the submatrix obtained from $P$ by deleting the first i rows and columns of $P$ is denoted by $\sigma_i(P)$. In this paper we solve the inverse eigenvalue problem for H-Symmetric pentadiagonal matrices, not necessarily symmetric. Using $\sigma,\sigma_1, \sigma_2$, not necessarily interlacing, we construct the solution by modified Lancsoz algorithm. |
